I had ordered 4 necklaces but one of the necklace I had received didn't match the one I ordered. I filed a complaint with urbanic's customer support and I received an email confirmation with the ticket number. In they next few days, I kept receiving a mail saying that my issue was resolved when in reality it wasn't. It's been over 10 days since I lodged a complaint and I haven't received any updates regarding the same.

        Worst app ever used ! I would never recommend it for anyone ! Even after 15 days I can’t receive my order ! Totally ### ! Too much pissed off with their service . First order experience will now be the last experience!

          I placed an order on 7th of August showing that it will be delivered by 17-20 of August . But the product is not even shipped. It's still showing it is in processing stage . For 10 days it's been processing 🙄. And they are telling because of pandemic we are having a delay .my question is if the product is not even " shipped " how is it facing difficulty to deliver😂. I don't understand .very much disappointed by urbanics service. Product doesn't reach us by the time they show.please be aware of that🙂.

          Today I received after waiting for so long. Dress was amazing same as shown in picture
          I ordered 6 items from urbanic on 28th September and it's still not shipped I sent various emails but they just keep apologizing and they don't ship the items at all I've prepaid for my order and now I'm scared if they will even send the products. I'm having such a bad experience with urbanic they don't even take any action after writing so many emails to them.
          I had placed my order on 23 October and Today it's 6th of November and my order isn't even shipped yet. I'm very much disappointed with urbanic's service. my order number is[protected]
          I place an order of two item on 21st December and it was estimated to be delivered between 31st dec to 4th jan.but even after 6 days its not yet dispatched, its still porcesing.will my product reach on time
          I placed my order on 26 May on urbanic and the order is supposed to come on 5-6 June it's 7 June and my order is still in processing stage. I also prepaid for my order. I need my order urgently as I am going out of town. Please help.

          I've ordered my dress on 16 june and it is showing that it'll be delivered till 26-30, today is 30 and it is still at preparing stage. When i asked them, they keep saying that your order will be dispatch soon, from the last 5 days. Am really worried because my birthday is near.
          My Urbanic order has been delivered. But the delivery status has not been updated owing to which I cannot return the item that I want to. Please look into this immediately.
          I ordered my products on 8th September it was supposed to come on 22nd September and today is 23rd and it took 12 days to process and it is still in dispatch. When asked about the tentative time the teams says, as soon as possible what should i do with this as soon as. I need my order immediately as i am leaving the town tomorrow

            On 09.08.2021 my order was delivered and while processing online payment for the first time it was failed and then I tried again and it was successful but 99rs(which was the price of that order) was deducted twice from my account. Since then, I'm trying to get in touch with them but they're not responding and even if they do there's no lead and they respond too late.

              My two order numbers are[protected] placed on 10th of August, 2021 &[protected] placed on 8th of August, 2021. Both the orders are estimated to be delivered by 23rd August and 21st August respectively but the status shows that my orders are still under processing stage. They are not even shipped yet and how do I supposed to receive it by that date? Please work on fast delivery or don't give fake estimated delivery dates to customers because we order products based on delivery date so that we can use them or else they would be of no use.

                I've placed my order in 7th august. Its written in the app that it will be shipped with in 3-5 days but its been 9 days and still my order is not shipped. Expected delivery date of order is between 18th aug - 21st aug but after seeing its delivery process not even moving forward I doubt that they can even deliver me in this month. I've ordered it for my birthday and its really urgent for me. Plz help to resolve my problem. I want this order before 24th august.

                    This is too much for delay my order, I'm placed my order on 05/08/2021 and i'm already payed for my order but still I am waiting for my order last 9 days. How much time waiting for the order. I have bad experience for your services. If any issues for your side so why you are not informing the customer. Today I'm calling your customer care number but she's said your payment stuck on gateway so I'm not return your payment. Then what can I do? Can you please return me back my money.

                    I ordered my clothes on 20/2/22 and I checked back on 5/3/22 and it was showing “processing”. I thought there was something wrong so I ordered again and yet on 10/3/22 it is still showing “processing.”

                    I tried a several times to order a product from Urbanic and facing this problem for the first time and i.E, my order isn’t getting confirmed even after paying from Paytm the 20th times. It shows it’s processing then after waiting for 15 long minutes for several times it says pay again. Fix the bug please and also your customer service is so bad than any other online clothing sites. They say they are always there to answer what customer asks but in your case it’s different. The customer service (agent) doesn’t even reply, they reply after 40 mins and assume that the customer left and leave a message like we dumb. So annoyed !
                    I ordered yesterday (2/11/22) my money is deducted from my account but it's still showing processing and no shipment details is given I am very disappointed by your service. Please let me know my order is confirmed or not if its not then refund my money.

                      I have returned 2 of my orders but I have still not received a refund for it, one of them was a white dress and the other was a sweater, the customer service has also stopped responding . please give me my refund. The dress is for 1, 095 and the sweater is for 972 please send me my money.

                        I have ordered four items on 1st of aug. 2021 nd made the payment online of 1605 and today the order status shows that the order has been delivered but i haven't received any order. I tried to contact them but there is no response from their side . This app and website is totally fraud.

                          Ordered Patch work cocktail dress on 19/07/2021 and received gym jagging on 25/07/2021. Given return request and all required documents but your customer care even after seeing all proofs rejected return as your one of employees could have done this mistake and want to close this matter by fooling customer and your loss on our head. We will not bear this unethical attitude.

                            I haven't got my refund it's been 4 months

                            I had ordered a dress from urbanic but had fitting issues hence had chosen return and refund. The product was returned but I haven't been refunded yet. There has already been a lot of conversation between the company and me but no proper response o[censored]se....

                            Placed order for two items on July 25.
                            Still the status is under processing.
                            When I order the estimated delivery date was on 4Aug-7 Aug.

                            Also I contacted customer support through live chat. They replied within minutes like be patient...etc.. But when I contact again through live chat the message is not even getting delivered even if my other apps are working fine with Wifi.
                            But till now no change in status
                            My order is still under process and the order is not yet confirmed

                              Nobody came to pick the return products and no contact whatsoever from the company.

                                I had requested the return of my purchase within three days of the reciept of the parcel. The courier boy called for the pickup at odd hours and asked me for the OTP. And never turned up. And cancelled the return request.

                                I have been complaining since then but only computerized reply are being reacieved and still no satisfactory reply is recieved...

                                  I ordered a tshirt but received entirely different product on arrival.. I submitted return request but it's not yet confirmed..what kind of a behavior is this? You people cant even deliver a product and on top of that taking so much time for further follow up.I cant keep hold of the product for very long time..I want that dress to be returned immediately and please initiate my refund.

                                    I ordered a lettuce trim bodycon dress in size small color brown and I received a top which is nowhere near to what I ordered. I tried contacting customer service nothing happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still return application is unable to be submitted as pictures aren't uploading. I asked if the dress could be sent and top be picked up and taken but no response. It has been 3 days. My order ID is[protected]. I really do not want the top and want it picked up and correct product I ordered to be delivered. The brown dress is what I order and the cream top is what I received. The amounted i[censored]nable to give the right product is 790/- i.e the amount I paid for the dress.
