Installation notice came on October 18, and engineer Hemant (phone number [protected]) installed on Oct 19 and said a part was missing. He said he would return the following day after talking to his manager. On October 19, the ticket showed resolved. SR Number [protected]. In spite of multiple tries to follow up with Hemant, supervisor Mohammed phone number [protected], and Ashwaq phone number [protected] has not resulted in any further installation. Even though we were assured it would be addressed. For one month plus, dishwasher has been unusable. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We would request a full refund.
