Dear Voltas team,

We purchased the AC but within 2 years the gas leaked and the way the technician refills the cooling gas, At a 16-degree temperature it is like a 30-degree temperature.
Feels like the service is very cheap.
I never saw the cooling gas in Voltas cylinder it appears to be an unbranded cylinder and we do not know whether they are putting appropriate amount

I would recommend consumer to buy other brand's A.C, you will definitely get offers on Voltas AC, to will looks appealing, but what about after sales service, the moment your AC gas is leaked for the first time then the AC is not worth keeping since the 3rd party service centre will not provide you the same service which a branded company directly can provide.
Please don't buy this ac.

    My water dispenser was not cooling for which first complain was registered on 23 april, 2024 Req id [protected]. The technician visited and told that there is some problem with the Compressor. He promised to return in a day or 2, but there was no followup. I tried to call the service center, but phone was not attended. On 4 th may the issue was escalated but still no response from service center Req no.[protected].. On may 5th I recieved sms stating cancellation of SR stating reason Resolved on phone which was a lie. Later I Called Toll free number to register my grievances after which service center sent someone to change the compressor on 6th may. After few hours of changing the compressor, the dispenser again stoped colling. Various calls were made to the service center and few personal visits from my staff and after costant complain, a person was sent from the service center on 15th may, who after inspection said that gas has leaked and problem with heating coil. At that moment I was ready to pay for heating coil, even though it was their fault as it should have been checked at the time of installing the compressor. Now they are demanding payment for gas also which I contest.. The issue started on 23rd april and is still unresolved till today 16 may. The service center does not reply to our calls. Kindly solve the issue asap.

      Am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the recent service provided for my Voltas AC unit, purchased from Singhal Electronics on Samochi Road, Kherli, Alwar, on June 26, 2020.

      A few days ago, the AC started showing a 36 error code. Upon contacting customer care, a technician visited and diagnosed a technical fault with the PC. Subsequently, on April 27, 2024, another technician, after receiving the replacement PC, found that the packaging had been tampered with and the PC inside was old. This was confirmed by the technician, Neeraj, as well.

      However, upon contacting Rohit ji from the Bharatpur service center (contact number: [protected]), we faced resistance. He denied the technician's assessment and repeatedly insisted that the old PC provided was authorized by the company and that we should not be concerned about whether the PC is old or new, as per his statements.

      It's worth noting that there was no seal on the packaging, indicating that the PC had not been tampered with by us. Despite this, Rohit ji continued to argue that it is common for PCs to get dirty in the company's possession and that it is not their responsibility.

      This situation has led to three technician visits, yet the cooling issue persists. I urge you to ensure that any parts replaced during the warranty period are new. It is unacceptable to receive used parts from the service center, especially when it negatively impacts the performance of the AC unit and does not resolve the recurring issue.

      I have attached the AC's details, images of the old PC, and images of the packaging for your reference. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and the installation of a new PC to rectify the ongoing cooling problem.

        I have bought new 1.5 Ton 3 star vide Invoice DW15 dated 7/4/24. The AC was installed 10/4/24 by the Voltas team despite being defective as it was showing e-1 Error at that time. We noticed this error for 3-4 days and filed the complaint. Voltas Engg. attended the complaint and found the defect in PCB, the PCB after repair was installed. We wanted to replace the unit at that time but as a TATA Brand we gave a chance but the E-1 error again appeared on 11/5/2024 and we filed the complaint. Engg. visited on 12/5/2024 and told to replace the PCB which was not acceptable to us. We want the replacement with New proper Quality tested Air Conditioner. I have lost my Trust in TATA after this episode. we have mentioned replacement request in the Engineer site visit form. An early action will be highly appreciated

          I have ordered Voltas 245V Vectra Plus from amazon on 1 st May 2024. I received the product from amazon after good delay of 7 days ( even being a prime member) on 7th May and now I am waiting to get it installed . It’s already 72 hours and customer care is not able to get a technician for AC installation. I contacted their customer care and even escalated the matter to their higher manager but no go. Can I get someone to help me with my new AC installation

            On 27.04.24 I purchased one VOLTAS Inverter 1.5 T Split AC from CROMA Kalikapur Kolkata. On 29.04.24 AC was installed by VOLTAS Technician but the outdoor unit was installed on parapet wall of the roof wrongly facing it inside. Due to this hot air is directly blowing to my one room on the roof and also affecting plantation in the roof. Same night I called the Technician over phone and requested him to reverse the face of outdoor unit. He never turned up. Subsequently I wrote email to Voltascare. They have given Service Request No. [protected] and contact number. Neither anybody turned up not they receive the phone call. After complaining they gave me contact number of Service Area Manager but here also fate is same. I am disgusted with such behaviour of VOLTAS. Please help me.

              Dear Sir/madam,

              My complaint is against Voltas Service Request Number:[protected], which is still not resolved and today when I called Mr. Sunil Jadhav phone number [protected] and tried to inquired about my complaint he is not responding to my calls and not providing any solution.

              I have then tried reaching the person who installed the AC for the 1st time he picked my phone and demanded Rs.300/- as service charge than when I told him that I will not pay a single amount as it is his duty to install the AC properly and provide service for at least 6 months free of cost after than he has stopped responding to my calls the name of the person who installed is Mr. Mohin his phone number is [protected]. This person by the name Mr. Mohin who installed my AC charged total 28000/- for installation of 3 AC and that too it is not done properly. He is not at all experienced and only wants money.
              It’s a brand new AC and its compressor is not working properly. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty. Also request you to take action against your authorized dealer M/s Heera Refrigeration & air Co. ([protected]) who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorized service center has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.

                Brand new voltas AC not cooling raised a complaint 3-4 times technician is coming and washing nets and going, when we ask about not cooling they are saying we can't do anything, this AC cools like that only, even we keep at 16 also we are not getting cooling

                  I had a very bad experience with the Voltas AC and also technical support.
                  I raised the case 4 days back and it was assigned to a mechanic, The Technician never visited to fix the issue after the 4-day complaint was closed as fixed.

                  Please find the screenshot for your reference. Total respect and trust on TATA products gone for toss.

                    During the last service on April 16th, 2024, I filed a request for the replacement of the external unit motor. It has now been more than two weeks, and I have not received any updates or information regarding the delay or expected date for the change of parts. With the scorching weather and temperatures rising, it has been very difficult for me to carry out my daily tasks and duties. I request you to please look into the logistics of your service center and customer care facilities. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that my request could be flagged as urgent, but no actions or procedures were taken to address the issue with the delay in delivery of parts. In today's era of globalization and easy accessibility, I believe that this issue should be resolved promptly.

                        I raised service request number [protected] on 31st March, 2024 as the AC was not able to do cooling.
                        Technician visited and suggested replacement of cooling coil as it was getting repaired and gas filled every season/year and g service center placed order for the problematic part at their end. However it has been 3 weeks now since the issue was raised and till now there is no proper update on by when the part will be replaced. Also the customer care representatives were not able to help and asked me to contact local service center from Voltage. I have been following local service center also personally from my end several times and not getting update on by when can the ordered part be provided/fixed. I also asked to fix the current part if replacement part is not acquired by them but still no action has been taken. The calls to service center also go unanswered several times.
                        Looking for either quick replacement or repair of the problematic part as Summers have come with temperature already touching 40.

                          I purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC Model 2024, 185V Vectra CAR, White on 18th April from amazon (Invoice attached). Today when technician came for the installation, he found that Interconnected copper pipes 2 Nos are missing. When I check the item included in package, I found it that it was in the list but physically missing from shipment. (proof attached)

                          After that I called Voltas Customer Care, they asked to raise request to get the missing part.

                          Please help me to send the missing part at the earliest so that installation can be complete. If it is not possible, let me know so I can raise the request of return.

                              The A.C we bought through an enterprise is a peace of lemon and the tech. who installed doesn't seems to be a professional in what he does.

                              The tech blames the A.C is damaged and we received the broken one and enterprise through which we purchased is blaming Voltas and the Voltas the sales manager isn't answering our calls at all, this is so ridiculous.

                              Never expected this from a company like TATA.

                                Have purchased two above acs on 03/6/23 & 16/11/23 obviously on irreparable breakdowns of previous 2 similar acs not more than 5 years old.
                                Now the ac bought on 03/6/23 has broken down, your reps sent by you on informing customer care number [protected] could not diagnose the problem. It is not clear whether there is aproblem with the cicuitry or with the compressor.
                                This is leading to loss of trust in your product in my mind who happens to be a die hard fan of yours. Please ensure sending someone senior and knowledgeable to sort out the issue.

                                  AC Horizontal swing not working

                                  On 23rd March 2024 I installed this AC and the team checked and it was fine, the next day I realised that this AC also has horizontal swing features as it has 4 direction air flow.

                                  I tried to turn on this feature but the horizontal swing is not working...
