I bought One no. 1.4T Voltas split A/C through online Amazon in the month of May 2023 for my parents who are senior citizens. The A/C has failed within 2 weeks and after lodging the complaint till date the A/C has not been repaired. The service team from local authorized dealer to Regional (AP/Telangana) has been contacted and there is no solution / action from their side. The way they behave is so irritating that instead of problem solving I am getting irritation. For last 2 weeks I am caIling them and after trying for 10-15 times they lift the phone in the evening. The answer is, the spare part is in transit and will be received tomorrow and repaired by evening. This is the answer I get from them for last 2 weeks without any result. I tried all sorts of ways (mails, service request in your sites, phone calls, social networking sites) to escalate the issue to the service team but without any result. Even today the reply is same. I lots hopes that the A/C will be repaired. I bought it through Amazon, they say they are not responsible and Only brand has to solve the issue, The brand Voltas is non responsive.
