[Resolved]  Voltas — Worst experience with VOLTAS AC

Dear Voltas Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I have been facing with the 1.5-ton AC unit I purchased from Voltas in May 2023. Despite registering multiple complaints, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to my problem. Voltas service executives are not receiving calls.
I am not able to understand how poor-quality product volta's manufacturing is, that it has got a problem from the time of purchase. Such a poor quality of Voltas a/c.
The major issue I am experiencing involves cooling system not working from the AC unit. After many requests no one agree to resolve the issue,
Please advise should we have to change the A/C with other providers.

Yesterday your service engineer visited my place but was unable to resolve the issue. He told there was manufacturing defect and also the wrong installation done by your technician. please replace my A/C or do something whichever possible soon.

Given that the deep freezer is used for commercial purposes, I must emphasize the urgency of resolving this matter as a high priority. The continued downtime is not only affecting the quality of service I provide but also impacting my reputation and customer satisfaction.

I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter. Please ensure that a qualified technician is dispatched urgently to inspect and rectify the issues with the deep freezer. Additionally, I would appreciate regular updates on the progress and expected resolution time.
