[Resolved]  Voltas — Ac cooling problem

I have made a request to short out my voltas Ac cooling problems on 23 May, 2023 with request number [protected] (another [protected]) .
The Voltas Company did not short out this problem but they closed my request three times. I called many times to the service provider center "Raj Engineering Corporation Gorakhpur" but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior. My AC has a five-year comprehensive warranty. Finally, on Jun 11, 2023, the engineer said that we have to replace the compressor and gave the order for the compressor on the same day. However, they did not replace it yet (14 days passed).
Due to this bad service of Voltas, my family and I disturbed mentally and financially. I lost nearly more than 10 Lakh.
Please do the needful.
