I have purchased that cooler on 13 May and in under 20 days the water motor of cooler is damaged. I complained about that and the problem was not solved. I am not happy from the service of voltas because the water motor is damaged from last one month. It' s the problem in new cooler and also not solved in a month. Please, don't do that if you can't repair please say no....

I bought an AC 2month earlier. In just 2 month it started a problem of water leakage (indoor unit). I registered a complaint regarding same. With request no. [protected]. Technician visited but just after leaving (within 5min) it again started with same problem I reponed the case but after that no technician visited the directly closed the case without resolving the problem. Gas was refilled by the company agent and he told that after service warranty is of 6 months and when I raised a call because AC is not cooling. Now the agent came Atif he said we again have to pay 500 as service charge.

Totally fraud your company is doing....

I bought One no. 1.4T Voltas split A/C through online Amazon in the month of May 2023 for my parents who are senior citizens. The A/C has failed within 2 weeks and after lodging the complaint till date the A/C has not been repaired. The service team from local authorized dealer to Regional (AP/Telangana) has been contacted and there is no solution / action from their side. I was purchase 2 ton spilit voltas ac dated[protected] invoice number DJK-C-SI6696 from vijay sales janak puri new delhi.but ac gas leakege problem with in 3 months then i was register the complaint & engineers are come but they totaly misguide me & not done job proprly, i was complaint to voltas 4 to 5 time & engineers are come but they are misguide again & again & not done job proprly.they are totaly misguide.im not satisfied voltas service.today...

Product AC was bought on 01/06/2023, Model - 183V VECTRA PRISM, SL NO. 4553370A23AE 29723

Dealer.. PT PATWARY TRADERS, GANESHGURI, GUWAHATI

On trying to install by Company personal, it was found a wire was missing & remote broken.

On contacting dealer, they exchanged the remote but unfortunately it stopped working after 1 day.

I had tried to contact customer care but till date problem...

I purchaes voltas window ac in april 2023, in may 16, its started showing error E6 amd not cooling, technician visit was on 30th may and they said outdoor pcb will be replaced and it will come in a week, its been a month now and i have called service center and voltas customer care multiple times, they are just saying part is not delivered and not taking issue seriously, my hard earned 35 k is wasted amd not used ac even for a month after...

Sir,
I have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton AC before some days ago.

Their is manufactured defect in my AC at day one. I complaint 3-4 times in customer care but the problem is not detected by your technician. Finally today he caught the problem and said to me that this is only manufacturing defect or installation defect. Their is no defect at my side.
Technician also misleading me by information, their is problem...

I have four 1.5ton ACs. Bought them on May 2019. Barely used ACs in 2019 as I am out of country. For all of them Bad smell comes when I start an AC and after cooling whenever compressor restarts bad smell will come.. I am having this issue from 2020 onwards. I gave around 30 complaints.
