I am writing regarding my dissatisfaction with the service Request ID: [protected] dated 30/05/2024. I am still facing issues with my Premium Voltas AC unit 1.5 ton, and it has now malfunctioned many times due to gas leakage, and is not cooling at all.
I would like to remind you that during the last service request, I was promised that if the machine had further problems, the company would replace the defective parts (compressor). As this has now occurred, I would like to request that the company upholds their promise and replaces the Defective parts as soon as possible. Almost 23 days passed but till date no resolution has been received from your end.
I am disappointed with the commitment level of your team. I have received so far. I sincerely hope that this time my issue will be resolved effectively and efficiently. I request you to take necessary actions and live up to your words.
