    I paid my pending electricity bills in the name of my father from QR code that mentioned in the WBSEDCL bill generated. But it was not credited in the account.
    I call helpline 19121 but they are not helpful.

      Sir, I am Swapan kumar Ghorai from Ruinan, Sabang, Paschim medinipur.My consumer id[protected].I paid my postpaid electric bill through online by scaning qr code in the given bill on 31.03.21 at 8.14 pm but till now i can't get any payment confirmation and any payment receipt till now.please generate my payment receipt or refund my money as soon as possible.

              Sub:- Letter of Complaint to The WBSEDCL for Excess Billing.

              Sir,

              I am quite surprised and quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs. 3, 066 against electricity consumption for the last one year since no one is living in the given address and there has been zero electric consumption. The meter reading is for the period is also zero. I have lodged online complaints twice since May 2020 which are unattended till date. Now people are coming from electricity dept. to disconnect the electricity connection.

              Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. I am quite disturbed how such an exaggerated amount of bill could have been reached. I would be highly obliged if you could settle this matter in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer. Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount.

                      Applied for change of Tariff from Commercial to Domestic on 07/10/2020 but no information from your end has been received. This is a connection to a flat. The Promoter somehow got connected Commercially. But no commercial activities are there . All the flats are now connected to their individual domestic meters. This meter is extremely used for common lights, escalator and water pump only. Today I went for query but the Station Manager refused to talk to me. The receiving clerk found the application . The operating official told me it's not possible to change the tariff .Here is my question . Why the application was accepted ? If it is not possible then why I have not been informed in this six months ? Why the Station Manager behaved such a way to avoid the same ? What's your customer service ?

                        Electricity bill already paid on 11th Dec but not reflecting in payment receipt of wbsedcl and also in next bill cycle, paid 2656 amount also has been added in new bill and now bill is extremely high.
                        I want my paid amount to be refelcted in webpage bill amount as well. This is ridiculous. I paid via phone pe using scan code ( backside of bill) and from my axis account money deducted.
                        I registered complaint 1 week but no service from WBSEDCL. Plz Solve the issue ASAP.

I have paid the outstanding billing amount of Rs.2056.00 through PAYZAPP application by DEBIT CARD and the payment was successful.The transaction id of that transaction is - HD011065BA1AAAAC0RMJ (screenshot attached) and the money was deducted from HDFC bank account (KAUSHIK KARFORMA) and the money is deposited to WBSEDCL BANK Account....
