Below are the three major defects with reference to the delivery.
1.The cake has finger marks due to which the cream is distorted and looks awful.
2.The number 2 candle ordered with the cake is broken thus making it useless.
3.We had ordered the cake for 1st Feb birthday, and it was scheduled to be delivered by today evening ftom 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.However it got delivered 10 am today morning.We wanted fresh cake for our daughters birthday, however now it would be 12 hours frozen.
Further when I called your winni store in Jammu to give feedback on our delivery, Mr.Sandeep Gupta was very reluctant even to listen to us and blamed us stating that we must have distorted the cake and now complaining.Is this the way customer service works.Is this how reputation is built.Who would purposely spoil daughters birthday cake and ruin emotions and sentiments. With this sort of response will anyone like to use Winni services in future.We are very disappointed with this sort of service and behavior.
We even spoke to your customer service based in Punjab, Miss Miasha, asked us to drop email with pictures.Please find attached the picture.
