I had ordered a cake on 9th May for a delivery on 10th May for a special occassion
I had opted for standard delivery timing between 10 AM to 2 PM
I did not get the delivery until 2 and then called the customer care of Winni and they confirmed delivery in 2 hour
I again called them at 3.45 since delivery did not happen and they again promised delivery by 5 PM
I again called them at 7.20 and the call was not getting connected despite calling 23 times
I finally sent a mail at 7.20 PM initiating a cancellation and I get a call at 10.45 PM in the nite asking for my location for delivery when I was asleep
I informed to cancel my order and return my money paid
When I called again on 11th May, , the customer care team is giving false commitments and I spoke to Shoubhik from Mumbai who has confirmed delivery of the product before 2 PM else refund of my money to my bank account
Even now at 7 .30 PM the cake is not delivered Was this information helpful? |
