Incident happened on 16th feb 2020. I booked a cake for my sister who was to travel the day in the evening. So i paid extra for morning slot (7am to 9am) delivery. On 16th until 8.30am there was no information about the delivery guy. Upon checking with customer care they told the cake would be delivered in next two hours and the extra amount would be refund to "winni wallet". I agreed for it and asked them to give delivery guy's number, they refused. At 11am, as there was no update from delivery guy i called the customer care again. They told it would be delivered in next 40 minutes. They again refused to give the delivery guy's number. At 12.30 pm also there is no update and when i called again to customer care they again told me that in next 1 hour the cake would be delivered. And again they don't have delivery guy's details. Frustrated by these people's responses i told them i don't want the cake anymore, cancel the order and refund the money. I ordered for the morning delivery was ready to accept it couple of hours later but until 12.30 pm they cannot assure whether the cake would be delivered or not. On top of that in the evening, the delivery guy is calling and forcing us to take the cake, by this time the birthday girl has already left the place. I did not take it as there was no point. I am yet to receive my refund. Zero professionalism, no responsibility. I would have called the customer care about 10 times and each time i had narrate the full incident, which is so frustrating.
