The cake was ordered online and suppoesses to be delivered between 3pm-4pm on Aug 18th, 2022 for which they charged Rs. 200 separately. The cake was delivered by 12 noon in a damaged condition. The executives at Winni are now not addressing the issue professionally and instead only trying different ways so that they don't have to replace the cake on time Or refund the full amount. Being such a big company they can't even handle delivery of a 2kgs cake, highly disappointed.
