I have ordered a cake online from Winni.in amounting Rs. 949(paid online) Order Detail[protected], on Sep 29, 2020 for delivery on Oct 10, 2020. After 10 days they have delivered a very different product than what I ordered amounting to Rs 350.(Invoice attached in below photos)
When I asked them for refund they denied and told me to consider what they have sent. This a case of gross fraud as the product I have ordered and paid for is completely different from what they had delivered.
Moreover the price of the cake they delivered is 3 times less than what they have charged me online. It is gross violation of COPRA Act 2019 and they are refusing to acknowledge it. Was this information helpful? |
