I ordered a cake on[protected] for a delivery on[protected] at 2:00pm. Made full payment. Got confirmation email and sms. The cake was not delivered.
Tried reaching constantly for over 2 hours, there was no response. Eventually, i ordered another cake from another place as i had a few guests over for bday celebration.
In the evening i get a call after all my guests left saying the cake will be delivered in sometime around 7pm.
I told the person who called he's way too late to deliver, the party is over and asked for the refund. He says ok and disconnects the call.
When i wrote to winni, i get an answer that's absurd. They'll deliver the cake within 2 days as they were busy with other deliveries.
After ordering the cake 3 days in advance, clearly mentioning the delivery time. Winni sends a confirmation email. Shouldnt they deliver on the mentioned day and time? If they fail to do so, shouldnt winni refund the amount? Winni is refusing refund the amount.
