I ordered a cake and some flowers through winni. They did not deliver the flowers. The cake they delivered was of an inferior quality. The customer service of winni did not answer my calls or mails or fb messages and apparentky blocked me in fb!. They also sent me apparently an automated mail stating they have completed delivery when actually they did not. They must atleast have the courtesy to answer my calls and refund my amount for the delivery they did not make. Was this information helpful? |
