My order number [protected] placed on 02/02/2018 03:12 pm was supposed to be delivered on 14th february. 3 items were ordered which was delivered in an incomplete manner. Along with other things a bouquet was supposed to be delivered which was not done. This was highly disappointing and the gravity of the misconduct was depp indeed. I tried calling the support centre but it always responded to be busy. I tried calling the delivery man but he rejected my call. I collected a number from the delivery person but again he rejected my call time and again. This was highly inconvenient as per action is concerned regarding the professional behaviour of a company.
