Winni — Missing products

I had ordered a cake and magic candles through Winni. The received cake is different than the ordered one. Moreover the candle was not given although they have charged me for it. When I called the delivery guy he said you can adjust I can not come to give the candle. Such kind of behavior is not at all acceptable. Hence I need a refund for the product.

When we tried to contact Winni through the given numbers: [protected] it seems the number does not exist. Moreover when I share the details support agent she did not reply anything after getting all my concerns.
