The worst customer service ever. I placed an order on 15th august for express delivery in 3 hours knowing the receiver would not be home later during the day. But the delivery was attempted at late evening. The person didn't call me (Sender) and returned back the order. I tried contacting winni continuously for 4 consecutive days but they said they will attempt the delivery without informing me about additional charges.
Today, i rang them up again and the executive told me that they will not refund the amount, instead will charge me extra for re-attempt of delivery.
