On 13th, I booked an order no. [protected] for 2344/- INR for my daughters 18 th birthday. Winni webside confirmed delivery feom 7-10 pm. Till 10 pm, I was in constant touxh with your chat, but cake not delivered citing COVID as reason though on line delivery was opened up by Government. I ordered through Swiggy and cake was delivered within 50 mts.
Though fully shaken, I thought about putting my faith in Winni one more time and yesterday I gave an order no. [protected] for 898/-INR. Occassion was my 26th wedding anniversary. To my dismay, at 10 pm again like last time, I was informed that due to rains delivery cannot be done. I informed Winni chat team and helpline that its not raining, but drizling, but, no one helped. I again gave an order with Swiggy and the cake was delivered in 40 mts flat.
The above proves beyond reasonable doubt that WINNI is highly unprofessional and claim of 100 %smile guaranteed is FALSE.
I was promised a refund in my account for first order mentioned above within 7-10 working days. Today is 47th day and even though I have follwed it up by mail, chat and helpline, numerous times, my account is not credited and no reason given except cut paste of standard phrases.
If team Winni has any shame and if this is not a SCAM of holding public money illegally without giving interest by delaying refund inthe name of proceedural red tape in this age where money can be transferred to any account at click of a button, you are requested to immediately refund by tomorrow INR 2344+INR 898 total INR 3242.
Informed Winni in writing numerous times that I am not interested in my amount credited in Winni credit and forwarded my Band details for credit.
No refund till date. Please help
