Winni — Order not delivered. Fake promises form company side

I placed an order of cake worth Rs.1200. It was supposed to be delivered on 16.02.2022 (on the same day of order) within 10 pm. The order was not delivered. The track order option showed the order is still in the ''processing'' stage.

I tried calling the customer care number provided by them on their app. There was no response. I also raised a complaint through the app. There was no response from their side.
