Winni — order not delivered on 14 feb and no refund later

I have ordered a flower bouquet on 14th feb 2019 morning for delivery on 14th in bangalore. Winni site took my order for delivery on 14th (Till 9 pm) and charged 599. The order number is [protected].

I called thier helpline 10-15 times in the day but it was always busy and nobody picked my call. I sent mails on status - no response.

At end of the day, i sent mails to refund my money. I got a mail response on 16th today stating that they had lot of orders on valentines day which couldnt be delivered. They can deliver the flowers now however refund is not possible. I mailed them with my account details also to refund as the occassion is over, i dont need flowers now.

But i am getting the same copy paste response. Please help get this fraud company delisted so that so many consumers dont get cheated. I can see so many complaints here only as well as thier facebook page after valentines day.

I have ordered one product for my fiance..my tracking status shows that products has delivered but she says that she didn't receive any phone calls yet..
