Order[protected]
Raised a order around first half of the day. Promise was to deliver before 9 PM.
I reached out to customer care and requested for prioritizing the delivery. and informed that this is a surprised birthday cake and to call recipient for full address while product is out for delivery.
At 6 they tried to deliver but recipient(my friend) didn't accept due to a strange order. But at 6.35 i received email that they delivered it. At 8 PM i followed up and informed and clarified and requested to do it again and they promised to do before 9 PM(which is there normal slot). And when i called at 9.35 they said, they will try to deliver before 10.30 and if not their doors are open even tomorrow to deliver. (Mr Akash spoke to me at 8.00 PM). And now they say they can't refund but can deliver tomorrow for today's birthday. Wow hats off to the Management team and the people who are handling calls. Absolutely disappointed with the service. I want full refund for the mental tension that we had to undergo and not getting the product on time and spilling our good moments.
