I had ordered a cake on 30.06.2023 for a birthday occasion. The cake had a bad odour and foul taste.
I wrote to Winni regarding the same and asked for my refund. They called me after 2 days and asked whether I had cake with me or not. I told them I had few slices of cake left however major portion was distributed hence it was thrown.
They insisted that if the cake was bad why did we eat. I told them it was not consumed but thrown since it was distributed.
I asked for grievance officer no. or mail Id. She denied saying she does not have authority.
Winni has been cheating with people. This is the second instance with me. I insist that winni must be held accountable for poor quality of cakes delivered.
Pls take action for such kind of irresponsible behaviour by winni. Was this information helpful? |
