I ordered birthday cake for my wife on 12th feb 2018 which was suppose to be delivered on 14th feb 2018 by 9:00 pm.

Now i am dropping this email at around 10:04 pm which has not been delivered and their customer service is pathetic. I have been trying to get in touch with them the entire day but their number, chat email is of no use. I am attaching a sample of their service below.
