Winni — product not delivered on time. i was asked to choose date n time for delivery on. but was not delivered on that time

Product not delivered on time. When asked to refund the amount they refused. Also they never refund the full amount if you are taking money in your bank account.
My rakhi which was suppose to be delivered on 10th august have not yet been delivered. I was assured that it will be delivered by 12th. Now i have no one to receive rakhi to where i have couriered n they refused to refund the amount.
