I have placed an order on the above mention date on time from https://www.winni.in with below items on occasion of rakshabandhan.
Half kg kaju katli
Roli chawal
Glistening rakhi
But the order was not delivered on time since 15 august was the national holidays the person who should accept the order was not available on location. A delivery person call us then we asked him to wait for 15 mins someone from my family will reach and collect the order.
But he did not wait and went back without delivering the order, we tried to call him multiple times but there was no response.
Lastly, we contacted customer care and they asked us to pay 150 rupees extra for re-attempt of delivery, we agreed. But still, they did not deliver the order.
I tried to reach them multiple time but their customer care number was not reachable. Now winni is telling that we should have contacted them immediately for re-attempt of the order. Eeventhough they notified us on 17 august that order is delivered but in actual order was not delivered.
After multiple followups they still haven't delivered my order and did not process the refund.
I have attched all the email exchanges from winni with this complaint.
Please help me to get my refund.
