1.Bouquet and Anniversary Card with Premium of Rs 200 gets delivered almost 1 hour late on 9th Sep 2021 to Chandigarh. It was to reach between 7am - 9am. With a purpose that people wouldn't be at home, premium delivery was booked, 2.Instead of selected Anniversary Card, Birthday Card is delivered. The message for Anniversary gets delivered as a small chit.
3.A pillow with selected photo gets delivered on 12th Sep 2021 instead of 8th Sep. When Customer Care is contacted, they are rude and refuse to reimburse premium amount
