Greetings!
I have ordered from Winni for cake, roses and chocolates on 25th May, 2021 for a special occasion. I have not received roses and chocolates at all. Also received a stale cake. They have spoiled the celebration mode completely.
I have raised a complaint immediately and they promised me a complete refund of Rs.1948 against the order within 15-20 days. It's been more than 42 days and I have not got my refund.
I have been calling the support team every day and they ask for the complete story and put my call on hold / drop the call / operations team will get back. I am frustrated to the core and the experience with support team is pathetic.
