I ordered a cake for mother's day from winni, and they failed to deliver by giving excuse as due to heavy occasion rush could not deliver. And didn't refund money on original payment mode but refund in their own winni wallet.
Again i placed a butterscotch flavored cake order on my parent's anniversary and during checkout selected delivery date and time as 31st may between 10 am to 2pm. And they failed to deliver it on said time and delivered a different flavor.
Executive from winni called me for delivery confirmation, when he called at that point of time it wasn't delivered. I conveyed the same.
Again another executive called me i said yes it is delivered but around 5.40 pm and different flavor. She was not listening me and saying i am only concerned about delivery and if you have these many issues drop an email to us we will see what could be done.

I ordered affable butter scotch cake and the one i got as per vendor confirmation and taste of cake its mix of black forest and butterscotch. The taste is like local shop cake and not worth for rs 999 for half kg.
Please find attached images of cake the one i ordered and the one you delivered.

And the worst, is from the shop where the cake has been delivered they sell cake for 500 rs kg and i paid 999 for just half kg. So i know the quality they sell.

If the cake was not available the information should pass to me either by you or by vendor so that i can cancel the order. As no one like strawberry flavor at my place and its all wasted now.
The one which is delivered is not worth for rs 999, the taste is pathetic and look is more pathetic. Not worth for rs 999 for just half kg. As already communicated that shop sells cake for max rs 500 per kg. I got 250 rs cake at cost of 999, i would have bear it if at least the flavor was same what i ordered or the look was something similar.
"we will deliver similar cake of same monetary value", there is big difference between strawberry and butterscotch. I myself don't like strawberry, forget about eating it. If affable butterscotch was not available i would have accepted normal butterscotch but strawberry is not at all accepted. And same monetary value doesn't mean to deliver cake worth of rs 300 in rs 999.
If at the mentioned slot you people were not able to deliver, a small mail would have solved the issue here. I would have asked to reschedule it and now the cake will be out of fridge till my parents are back from party.
When i confirmed from vendor, he informed cake is of black forest flavor and i said it taste like strawberry he said no, it's a black forest + butterscotch mixed. And now you confirmed the same that its a strawberry flavor.
The cake shop is 5 minutes from my house then why the delivery was not possible at the said time. Vendor confirmed to me that he got call from you people at 2 pm to deliver the cake, so how he can deliver before 2pm.

They asked me to contact us at +91 [protected] or chat with us on our website, but this number is always busy and chat executives never replies back if i raise complaint. I had this experience during mother's day time.

How can winni show something in pictures and send something else and that too on a special occasions.
Company located in munnekollal, bengaluru, karnataka as per the information provided on google.
Kindly look into this issue and resolve my concerns.
