Very pathetic service I have ever seen. I have ordered birthday balloon decoration for my son's birthday. And while choosing time of delivery I chose 2PM to 6PM. And at around 5:30PM I have got a call that due to bad weather the service got delayed and it can be delivered maximum by 7PM. And I have also agreed with this new timeline. And they have automatically changed the expected delivery time to 6PM to 10PM. At around 6:50PM I called to their customer care number and they said that I chose 6PM to 10PM and why I am complaining about the delivery. Then I had to explain him the entire story. After listening the entire story he said "Yeah it has been delayed and it will be delivered by 8PM". I agreed with this new timeline. But they didn't come for the decoration. And I had to celebrate my sons birthday without balloon decoration. And at mid-night I have received a message saying that the order is cancelled.
I was a very pathetic experience with winni. And their customer care executives are also rude.
Whoever is reading this review, just one thing I want to convey is "Please don't rely on Winni's service. They will commit but they don't deliver".
