Hello - winni.in took my order for same day delivery of goods worth 1300 . Delivery address is a hospital in Pune . They have marked the order as “ completed” even though they couldn’t deliver it . The reason they gave us they couldn’t reach the phone number on address . There’s no proof they called on the phone . Besides, it’s a hospital and I had marked the patient number in the address - all they had to was drop it at front desk !!! Now they won’t refund my money and claim they completed the order on the contrary even though it couldn’t be delivered . This site has to be banned . As they rip money off consumers . I demand they deduct done delivery charges and refund the rest. Was this information helpful? | 
The same incident happened to me also recently.If customer is not attending the call due to any unavoidable situation, they could deliver it on the given address given with landmark. Winni had eaten my cake and my hard earned money. Also when we called they are very arrogance and irresponsible way of talking.
