I have ordered a cake on 14th feb from winni.. Order i'd[protected].. Called delivery bot 10timeshe kept cutting cal.. Then a msg came cake returned.. I hv mailed winni like may times no one responded. I got a message next day that i will be delivered today with compensatory chocolate.. Msg came order deliver.. I enquired but recipient got nothing... I called winni so many times.. On 16th a executive picked up.. Talked hell rudely said you have pay extra charge.. I asked for complaint no. She hung up the call.. I called again someone else picked up and said complaint have been raised and will be resolved today 10am.. I called again on 17th feb a girl picked up said we will deliver today.. At 12 i again called a girl said complaint was raised 10 mins ago and you will have to pay extra.. No sorry nothing inconvenience. I told her the whole story.. She said i cant do anything and hung up.. How can someone treat customers like that.. M mentally frustrated from the last 3 days and then this ill treatment. I used to promote them a lot.. But now their customer service sucks... They are only fooling customers.
