I have ordered a cake for my father's 70th birthday the quality of the cake was the worst ever possible for our company that claims to be a startup unicorn in the food industry. The cake was distributed to every guest who came so 6-7 pieces were distributed none of them could finish the cake the fondant was hard and thick, everybody had to throw the piece of the cake away and on top of it the embarrassed us by saying that the cake wasabsolutely tasteless you could have told us and we would have gotten you a better cake when I raised this complaint to Winnie they asked me to send the pictures, as a proof, and then when I send the pictures of the remaining gig they claim that oh the cake is 70% consumed so we cannot consider this as a complaint you have eaten the cake the best I can do is give you a discount code.. So not only they have the worst cakes but they are CHEATERS, with no respect for customers, their customer care team is full of CHEATERS, I spoke to 3 different people everyone of them spoke the same language, utterly shame cheaters
