Dear Mr. Sujit,
I recently encountered my worst experience with WINNI.IN, when ordered a Cake & Flower for my Friend’s Anniversary.
The Order #[protected], I placed to deliver in Malda, West Bengal.
In today’s era no Food vendor has the luxury to say that “I will deliver the Cake & Flower between 10am to 9pm & there is no specific time can be committed”.
On the day of delivery, I started following up since morning to know the delivery time to invite Friends for the event.
I made some 5-6 calls to your Customer Care Executives and every time I was replied, order will be delivered between 10am to 9pm!!!
At that time I realised, I was in a trap. Even I wasn’t allowed to cancel the order as per your rude Policy.
Just imagine your Anniversary is planned, Invitees are called and you don’t know when the Cake & Flower will reach, so everyone to wait between 10am to 9pm!!!
Well, I accepted even that scenario, but worst was yet to come…
When I understood, that no one in WINNI.IN, are interested to think practical, favouring customer, only they want to take Money and deliver as per their wish.
Finally at 8:30pm, the 100% unprofessional delivery man came with a Cake & Flower box of dirty quality. And our worst experience started from there.
When we cut the Cake, found a bundle of human hairs inside (literally bundle), also there was a Bindi!!!
One of my guest yelled and commented, “in next cut one girl may come out of the Cake”!!!
By that time, the child had taken one bite and complained, it was very bitter and liquid.
The flower was wrapped in a normal wrapping, far far differ than it is projected in your website. The leaves used were some odd type created irritation on our skins.
Both the products are of so worst quality, I am sure, any 3rd grade shop can make better Cake & Bouquet than these.
Your business model doesn’t think of Customer & Practical basic aspects, rather only focus is on earning money & cheating customer.
Before this mail, I have called, mailed and send pic even, but your educated executive are still denying of receipt of Pics.
My bottom line suggestion, expand your business where you have good business partner and check their quality.
If you only focus on earning money, you will land up nowhere.
AND PL NOTE, I AM A GENUINE CUSTOMER, NOT ANY COMPETITOR, THE ABOVE EXPERIENCES ARE 100% TRUE.
DUE TO YOUR CAKE & FLOWER, OUR ANNIVERSARY EVENT WAS TOTALLY SPOILED & THINKING TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR RIGHT JUSTICE, I HAVE PICS TO PROVE.
