I have already surrendered my ACT connection on 1st of November and the same has been confirmed by customer care lteam. Despite bill has been generated for Dec 20 and Jan 21.
My fiber is uninstalled from my place during November itself.
Really unhappy with ACT service and this kind of Delivery. They cheat the consumers like this.
