My act fibernet connection is not working for the last 14 days, and inspite of repeated complains everyday, there has been no action taken yet.
The nodal officer number is always out of service. I sent an email to the nodal officer and they dont reply back. Customer service keeps giving an automated reply and never escalates my call to any senior management. Ticket no : [protected]
