I have taken ACT Fibernet and paid 3 months advance rental. I got my account number on 13th of Aug and same day I got call from ACT installation team but that time I was in office, so I told to that guy come after 4:30 and do the installation. But today's is 15th Aug and installation is still not done.

However, in the bill, I see the end date is 20 Jan 2019. I have raised several questions to the ACT personal who provided the connection. But have not received any response yet. The customer care number keeps me on hold for more than 30 mins which is quite frustrating. So I eventually wrote an email to both Help Desk and Nodal Officer, and still have not received a response. I personally feel cheated here in Vizag. I did not have any issues when I used ACT in Bangalore.
