I am having an issue with the act fibernet junction box from the past 2 months, the junction box should basically contain a battery to serve the backup purpose which means when the power goes off the junction box should remain turned on in the working condition, but now the junction box is not having the battery and we raised 4 complaints to arrange a new battery inside the junction box, regarding the issue from more than past one month and the customer care is forwarding to the concerned technical team but no one is coming and resolving the issue and complaint is closing without any acknowledgment or feedback to me and the act fibernet company is making money and making us fools
I just want to resolve this issue by replacing the new battery
