From June 6th my internet is not working. The customer care numbers are saying invalid. After trying for 100 times, once it got connected, it kept me waiting, and when my time was over it got disconnected.
Recently around June 6, I could see in my WIFI list of network 2 new Act connections have come up starting with Act1023...
Since then my connection is gone.
It is very upsetting no action is taken against my complaint and not even their customer care numbers are working properly. It is not fair, they charge Rs100 per day as late fee for bill payment. And this case they will charge Rs.1240 even though almost 11 days no internet service is available Was this information helpful? |
