[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — irrelevant bill amount - act broadband

A couple of months back i had trouble paying 6 months bill at once and a customer representative helped me pay from the backend and some entertainment subscription was enabled without my consent. When i opened a ticket questioning the same, i was told that it is some hooq subscription, i still don't know what it is and have neither opted for it nor used it. The representative told that since i had not consumed the service, amount will be reversed and she disabled the subscription.. I was told that the amount is reversed in the back end and it will take a day for it to reverse in the front end which never happened and i still see one month subscription amount as due. I have opened 4 tickets so far and everytime its closed without my consent. This is nothing but robbing loyal customers which is not acceptable. I need to pay my relocation charges which is about 350 but the due amount is showing as 434 including the hooq subscription.
The customer representative is telling now you have to pay it and they will not reverse it. Please help

Hi,

I was forced to pay the extra amount 150 Rs for HOOQ, no help received. please revert the extra amount paid as soon as possible user ID[protected]
