My name girish with the user id : 11471372 and the area cable junction box is on my building for your reference.
I made a complaint on 24th may 2018 for slow internet, but the cse closed the call stating due to bad weather the internet has been slow and will be normal after sometime without taking/providing compliant details.
I made a call from [protected] on 28th may 2018 with the same complaint and cse informed that the area has a cable issue and will be fixed within 24 hours and instructed to change the router which is not supporting of 75 mbps (Act person provided the router telling d-link 615 model will provide you up to 150 mbps while providing new connection) first ticket # [protected] information provided.
All the tickets have been closed without any resolution.
I have been calling from morning to the customer care to get a resolution to my complaint but every time the none of your trained cse has a resolution and gives all fake solutions and cooked up stories like
1. Due to bad weather internet has been slow,
2. Cable wire has been cut and same has been replaced. (By fact none of the technicians have visited as the junction box is on my building).
3. To unplug the wan and switch off the router and restart the device.
4. Software to be updated.
My request for the floor manager with ms. Ranjitha was denied and was informed that a call back will be done by mr. Savin kumar (Escalation team). So, i conclude that mr savin kumar is loaded with escalation complaints and could not find time to resolve my complaint because of very poor service, ideally, actfibernet needs more than 24-48 hours to resolve a complaint in spite of multiple follow-ups from the customer end in today's world of giga internet.
I was really happy with the services rendered by the act and would refer my people to change to act fibernet services. With today's experience, it's a big no to recommend act.

Customer service people who are irresponsible to give clarity vijay, ranjita, shreyas customer service agents, vinod and sajjal team leaders and savin kumar the floor manager. This people are just wasting time of customer.
Kindly value customers time and do not put on hold for a long time (I've been put on hold for more than 30 min to 40min and later disconnected by the customer care. Everytime i have made a call to customer care number and all calls are recorded.)
