ACT Fibernet — no confirmation regarding payment of the online bill payment

I have an internet connection of act fiber net and my user id is [protected]@yahoo.com, i have paid the current month's due rs 1239/- — online via net banking facility yesterday i. E[protected]., but i have not received the confirmation regarding the payment although my bank details show the transfer of money with ref — nsbi[protected] gadmsnwz2. Could you please follow up and respond regarding this issue at the earliest.
