Hi,
I have took the connection on 5th july-19 from act and paid an amount of rs.4380/- to the sales executive.
On 7th july-19 got a call from feasibility team that connection is not feasible for our house and suggested to apply for a refund. I have called the sales executive on the same day and asked for refund. He said he will process the request.
I haven't got any further update so raised a request & sent a mail to support team on 8th july-19. From that day, i was in a follow up with support team and the request was escalated several times.
Till date there's no response and its been already 20 days since i have raised the request.

I have received one email address over text and another email address over mail. No proper communication & response.
When i call up the customer care, IVR keeps me on hold for 20mins and disconnects my call. Don't know how you have setup the things to address the customer complaints.
Do you really serve customer requests ?
