[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — payment not posted

I have paid ₹1950/-on march 21st 2020 for new finernet connection with 3 months data plan via phone pe with transaction id-p2003211038466983936199.
However my payment is not reflecting on account.

Please see the attached doc for payment confirmation.

As per the plan i paid for 3 mnths in advance and need not pay till july. But not my account is showing due and previous payment is not reflecting.

Please send me cash receipt to gmail account. So that i can reimburse from my office.

I raised complaint on 2 weeks ago with ticket number-sr[protected] but no response received till date.
