Its been 5 days i have requested for shifting the connection, but its not done yet. Initially they said it will take 48hr, after 48 hr is over i contacted with nodal officer they said it will take 72hr from now. Once that is also over now they are saying it will be done with in 5 days from now. This is how act is providing service.

I have requested for disconnection of internet, but ACT is not disconnecting. Also i am trying to reach them with shared number in there site. it is not reachable.
