Hi I have an act connection with account number[protected] installed on 25th august. It was working fine till 29th after that I started getting speed issues which they resolved. Till now I have faced same issue on 2nd, 6th September again which is a backend issue as the technical team said to me you will not face issue again. But Again today 8th September I am facing issue regarding speed. In all the above case my speed gets limited to around 93 Mbps as tested on okhla speedtest. I am fed with with reporting it to customer care again and again they say that if connection is marked with 150Mbps that doesn't mean you gonna use the whole speed according to them its not a major issue. If you can't deliver the speed why make false promises. Please I need refund I have already complained so many times despite solving issue it happens again. It was so bad experience :(
