I have been contacting act broadband from the time i have taken their connection with regards to unstable connection & disconnects every month. They send an engineer & it's fine for 1 month. Again the disconnects, unstable connections. When i contact customer support all they do is apologize & take ownership but, then it's the same issue over & over again. Worst support from them.

Updated by Clive Lewis Hi, They need to really step up their game. They cannot expect customer loyalty when they cannot provide a stable connection. Additionally, when there is a powercut, the line gets dropped as well. They are supposed to have a backup to that "Which they do not". It is so infuriating and frustrating to deal with them. I almost feel bad for the cust svc cause, they need to deal with Angry consumers, when the Company itself is being this way.

Updated by Clive Lewis Ok so. Today my connection got disconnected again. ACT BROADBAND STOP MESSING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. IM ON HOLD RIGHT NOW FOR THE 3RD TIME TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. AFTER REPEATED CALL DISCONNECTS FROM YOUR CUST SVC. You'll do not keep up to the standards of being an ISP. Monthly disconnects are not reasonable due to your issues. At the end of it, customers need to suffer. FIX YOUR CONNECTIVITY ISSUES.
