Wrong Billing

I had a mobile post paid connection ([protected]) with Airtel and converted the post paid connection to prepaid connection by making cash payment in full (in fact I made excess payment) by visiting their gallery (as confirmed by their executive). Post this the connection was converted to prepaid connection. Now after a month, they call me and tell me that there is an outstanding of 10, 000/- odd on my account now. This in incorrect....

Wrong billing

No 2g signal in city center but why they are telling airtel at 4g ?

Worst mnp service

I tried porting my number from airtel prepaid (Up) to airtel prepaid and postpaid 6 times. Not a single success. They have customer care but they don't care. We can't contact them and they say they will resolve issue in 2 hrs. What a joke. They will not help even in 2 weeks. They have the best network but worst service. They should sell their company to vodafone who at least have good customer care....

Full talktime Recharge amounts are fake in portal

The filtering for recharge is not as per mobile number provided. In website they are providing different data for full talktime recharges, but if we do, they are telling that is not applicable for your number. Regarding Excessive postpaid billing

Recharged with RC296, got 3000 A2A minutes instead of 3000 local mobile minutes

I have recharged my airtel number with RC296 online but as per the data mentioned on Airtel website i have to get 3000 local mobile minutes but instead of this i got 3000 A2A minutes. the proof is as shown in image it clearly mentions customers will get 3000 local mobile minutes, and they have no where mentioned On-net or A2A (Airtel to Airtel). Sim Not Activated for 2 weeks | Postpaid Corporate
