false promise of airtel full talktime

I did a top-up of Rs 200 in my prepaid airtel number([protected]). But I received only Rs 175 as talktime.
It was clearly mentioned in the airtel.com website(https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaid-mobile-recharge.jsp) that Rs 200 has 200 talktime.

SMS Pack not activated

Hi, My airtel no is.[protected]. On 12th Nov.2012 I recharged for SMS packages for Rs.53/- . I have received "successful recharge" message and also message from AG-AIRTEL that SMS package has been activated. But still amount is continuously deducted from my account. SMS Package not activated and for every message Rs.1.50/- is deducting from my account balance.Also auto renewal recharge had been done from airtel side last three days...

Unnecessary activation of services and deducting balance

I've been using Airtel for past 4-5yrs. I've been deducted balance manytimes by airtel telling i ve activated some services.
